六廠基金會秋季系列首個項目——「新經緯系列1.0:亞莉雅德妮的線球 」是一個對當代紡織文化深入,且富想像力的探索。藝術錄像展 ——「亞莉雅德妮的線球 」以女性與科技為焦點,將於11月18日在上環文娛中心揭幕。

開幕酒會 (11月18日 | 星期五 | 6:30 - 8:30pm)

參展藝術家包括曹斐、曲倩雯及天娜.哈維洛克.史蒂芬斯將出席開幕酒會。

開幕禮流程

7:00pm
- 六廠基金會總監李安琪致辭

- 曹斐分享是次在香港首次展出的作品,當中充滿挑釁性,與現今網上交友平台有關。

- 曲倩雯透過作品,討論網絡世界如何啟發創作。

7:30pm
- 天娜.哈維洛克.史蒂芬斯作為跨學科的藝術家,將進行即場表演。

展覽將展示九位女藝術家的作品,主題以圍繞著女性和技術。展期只有三週,我們誠邀你參與!

MILL6 Foundation is proud to present ‘TECHSTYLE Series 1.0: Ariadne’s Thread’, the inaugural edition of the MILL6 ’TECHSTYLE Series’ program; an imaginative, in-depth exploration of contemporary textile culture. Highlighting the subject of women and technology, ’Ariadne’s Thread’ opens with a video art exhibition on November 18th at the Sheung Wan Civic Center.

Opening Reception (Nov 18 | Fri | 6:30 - 8:30pm)

Participating artists Cao Fei, Vvzela Kook and Tina Havelock Stevens will be presented during the opening reception.

Opening Rundown

7:00pm
- Opening Remarks by Angelika Li, Director of MILL6 Foundation

- Sharing by Cao Fei who will debut in Hong Kong a provocative work about modern online communication.

- Sharing by Vvzela Kook, a rising art world presence, who will discuss her cyberspace-inspired video art.

7.30pm
- Performance by Tina Havelock Stevens a.k.a White Drummer, internationally known interdisciplinary artist, who will wrap up the opening ceremony with a live performance piece.

The exhibition will show artwork by nine female artists, each dealing with the theme of women and technology. On display for ONLY 3 Weeks, we look forward to welcoming you to our exhibition!
