[Part 2] Our innate wisdoms in touch and movement

Our tactile sense, as well as our sense for movement, are innate and yet overlooked among many of us. Socialization and education oftentimes suppress the full expression and development of these wisdoms. A somatic approach to movement and dance practice can be one of the best ways to let them shine through. Concurrently, PLAY is a great tool during practice to let in the fun, creativity and surprise elements.

With the elements of motion guidance, creative body movement and group practice & sharing, this workshop help with enhancing the flexibility and ability to move your body,  and unlocking your creative genius within! After all, life itself is a constant process swimming between planning and improvisation, isn’t it? Come: play, learn, grow, transcend!
